Liquid Terminals

ATS has its own liquid storage terminals located in the Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah, UAE handling 300,000 MT per annum.
OUR SERVICES

Value added services

We complement the smooth flow of goods with additional services for individual industries, including pre-assembling equipment, adding labels to textile products and stocking display units. Moovit’s services create added value in the following areas:
Scanning

The scanning of cargo in accordance to your requirements to be performed at our facilities to ease inventory management (e.g. carton barcode scanning).

Quality controls

We can assist on performing operational techniques and activities on cargo to fulfil your quality requirements (e.g. checking if the product is still functioning).

Re-packaging

We assist you with packing or re-packing of cargo based on specified requirements (e.g. re-packing cargo from damaged box into a new box).

Cargo sorting

Sorting of cargo based on your requirements could be performed at our facilities (e.g. sorting of cartons on customer PO level).

Returns management

We can support your operation by managing your goods return flows into the warehouse.

Reporting

We can bring visibility on your inventory though the creation of customized reports (e.g. KPI reports) to support the logistics and decision making process.

Product disposal

At our facilities we can perform value added services to a product, which may include disposal of (parts of) products.

Palletizing

Either at origin or destination facilities we can support with the storing and transporting of cargo stacked on pallets as a unit load.

Shaving/topping off pallets

Adjusting the height of a pallet by removing the upper layer(s) of cartons could be performed at our facilities.

Labelling

Either at origin or destination the printing and placing of labels according to your requirements could be performed at our facilities (e.g. any type of pallet or carton labelling, inner carton label, etc).

Yard management

At our facilities trucks/containers at the yard could be managed by directing inbound and outbound trucks from the yard to the docks of the warehouse.

Garments on hangers

Our facilties are equipped to handle hanging garments on specified racks/rails.

Product customisation

Our customization services (e.g. SKU building, bundling, localizing or kitting) will allow you to bundle precisely the components, tools and supplies that you need for a production or maintenance job, into packages.

  • ATS TERMINALS FZE offers services like bulk liquid storage and bulk liquid transportation of chemicals and petroleum products. .
  • The facility, with six piggable jetty pipelines (SS and CS) from the deep harbor and inner harbor respectively, is equipped to handle, store and distribute all kinds of Class 1, 2 and 3 products on behalf of its customers both in the UAE and International.
  • A dedicated deep-water berth makes it an ideal hub for break-bulk, transshipments and redistribution to the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and East Africa region.

  • This state-of-art storage terminal has an existing capacity of 70000 cubic meters (with further expansion of another 20,000 cubic meter in phase 4 for storing petrochemicals, chemicals, solvents, glycols, base oil, diesel, fuel oil, gas oil, is under progress , expected to be complete November 2024 , and total capacity is going to be 90000 cubics under operational .
  • Proposal is under progress for new tank farm terminal in JAFZA UAE , Starting phase of the project is Janaury2024 .

INDIA

  • The new terminal of Raftaar near New Mangalore port, Built with the state-of-the-art specifications complying with international safety standards.
  • It can handle a spectrum of petroleum products like Naphtha, Gas oil, Motor spirit, Base oil as well as petrochemicals, Raftaar terminal has a total of 6 tanks with capacities ranging from 5375 CBM, 6200 CBM & 8200 CBM adding to a total of 35800 CBM. One of the finest fire fighting system in tank terminal of rafftar implemented as a safety concerned .
  • Having three separate dock lines to Petroleum & Petrochemical products from New Mangalore port to the Terminal.

PHASE III

  • Hamriyah Free Zone-based ATS Terminals FZE has increased its tank storage capacity from 42,000 CBM to 72,000 CBM by commissioning the phase III in Jan 2021 making a total investment of AED 55 million in HFZ. The state-of-the-art terminal is completely automated with very efficient and new generation tank monitoring & loading systems, tank gauging system, automated firefighting system, and 24 /7 security surveillance.
  • ATS TERMINALS FZE offers services like bulk liquid storage and bulk liquid transportation of chemicals and petroleum products. ATS Terminals FZE will be planning the phase IV expansion to increase the storage volume to 100,000 CBM in 2022.
